Here was my conversation with my mom last night:
Mom: So, do you remember John Bulcock?
Lisa: Yeah, why?
Mom: Well, Dad ran into him the other day and sort of mentioned Christmas Eve-Eve to him. Do you think he would feel weird if he came?
Lisa: Probably, yeah...why?
Mom: Well, he sounded sort of excited about it. i think your father invited him.
Lisa: Um...well, I think he might feel kind of weird. I don't know...
Mom: Just talk to your father about it. I don't know what happened.
